I'm not a huge meat eater, but I'd rather be dead than vegan.

I like a well balanced diet that doesn't include pills to make up for the stuff I'm missing. I couldn't imagine life without calamari.

But that's just me

A vegan eats no animal product of any kind. I eat vegan at home, but I've gone mostly vegetarian. I eat one or two serving of seafood a week and that is all the animal product I put in my body. I do it because it is considerably healthier and I just feel better this way.

Anyone who has health problems from eating a vegan or vegetarian diet isn't doing it right. No matter if you eat meat or not, you still have to eat a proper diet.

There is a major difference between being Vegan and Vegetarian. Most people don't know the difference.

I've eaten 5 as well. Chicken, Turkey, Pork, beef, shrimp.

I mainly survive on chicken though.
