You could check on the SCCA's website to see when their next event in the area is going to be held. I have a friend who runs kart and Solo II C-Prepared, but he has since moved out of the valley. Anyway, they don't provide vehicles and there are fees and safety rules in place, but otherwise their events are fun and safe.

Used to be a cart track out in Kerman and one in Madera at the speedway. But Ive never been to either place to see a race.
