Barbecue is a personal choice for sure... However..

gimee some of that Riskys sliced beef, and a double side those ribs that are underrated... Really, my favorite Barbecue is North Main Barbecue in Euless, Ray Green and his son repair diesel trucks during the week, and serve one price barbecue FRi, SaT, & Sun... Can't be beaten.

Most of the BBQ I've had is over-rated. I prefer doing our own.

We are headed down for the Big 12 Championship, any recommendations for BBQ ribs in the Grapevine area?

My favorite BBQ place is sadly no more, Jons backyard bbq was on broadway ave, not on any "guide" but he fixed the meanest bbq plate(the plate almost needed sideboards) Ive ever had...all for $7.50 and that was just 3 years ago. There is a pretty good one still on Beach Street just south of Western Center (name escapes me)

As far as chain bbq goes spring creeks pretty good, their rolls are addictive!

I've been going to North Main for about 17 years now, have never been dissappointed.... I live in Frederick, MD now and I still make a trip down there bi-anually to get some BBQ from North Main.... be sure to go out back and check out Bubba, the Armadillo smoker.

North Main is incredible, and any place that can only be open 3 days a week must sell some tasty BBQ to stay open.

Not too far away is Red Barn (corner of Glade and Grapevine Hwy). On Monday nights they have all you can eat, and do some mean sausage.

Check out Ultimate BBQ on Crowley Rd, just south of 820. It's in an old whataburger building. Killer BBQ and what sets them apart for me is that their sides are unique. It's hard to eat the ribs off the bone because it falls off before you can get it up to your mouth, lol.

I am a bit south of Fort Worth, but I consider the BBQ in Lillian, TX to be the best in or around the Metroplex. That is, besides the one I do myself. I could give you the address but it is not like Lillian is that big. It might be a bit of a drive, but I consider it worth it.
