So whom here is into avation, be it for work, or fun, in any way, from pilots, to AME's, designers, or work at an airport.

I have 3 planes, a small charter business, and just love to fly.
Buying a 4th aircraft soon hopefully.

I have always loved aviation. I worked at a couple of airports for several years fueling and towing airplanes. I went to school for my A & P but never got licensed. I have always been a huge fan of WWII aircraft. Most awesome aircraft "moment" for me was riding in a B-17. I wish I had started really young to get a pilots license. It takes so much time and money.

Riding in a DH Beaver floatplane in Alaska was pretty awesome too. There's nothing like the rumble of a Radial engine.....

Grew up on a lake that had an island of wealthy people who commuted by seaplane. I guess that led to a fascination with them and a Beaver is sorta a seaplane Bentley.

Wasn't the Ford TriMotor a radial?
