We have one here in New Paltz. It's in Japan, but I don't recall the city's name.

Saitama City (Urawa), Japan
Uijongbu, Korea, Republic of
Windhoek, Namibia
Zhengzhou, China

I really don't get the connection to any but the one in England.

I would say that's the one I understand the least. We had a couple of wars with them. Only one with a couple of the others.

Though we've been strong allies for years and I would be willing to bet Richmond is named after that Richmond.

Yakima, Washington had one in Mexico. Some years ago I believe Yakima gave them a fire truck.

I have not heard about it for a long time now.
