Love the beer, seems to me the key is the dry hopping. Here is a recipe that I got off of beertools.
23 litre batch (6 gallons)
10 lbs. American 2-row info
2 lbs. German Light Munich info
1 lbs. German Wheat Malt Light info
2 oz. Simcoe (Pellets, 4.75 %AA) boiled 60 min. info
2 oz. Simcoe (Pellets, 4.75 %AA) boiled 15 min. info
2 oz. Simcoe (Pellets, 4.75 %AA) boiled 1 min. info
Yeast : WYeast 1056 American Ale info
single infusion mash at 155F for 60 min
I dry hopped with 1oz of centennial leaf..
