Any good recommendations on a place to have dinner in Burlington?

Not too particular on cuisine just not burgers, etc.

Holy crapp the cutting board... Pickled watermelon rind on the salad bar- never dreamed I would like it... It's amazing.

Holy crap The Cutting Board, indeed? That place still there? Haven't been there in years but it used to be great, may still be. Have to see if I can drag the mister over there.
