A group of friends and I are looking for a rental property this summer, right now we are just trying to get a ballpark on how much they go for... Our stay would only last for a couple weeks in July. We were thinking about looking for one in Hilo, but if there are better locations let me know! Any info is helpful, none of us have been so it's kind of the blind leading the blind at this point. Thanks!

There's the site that I use whenever I consider traveling somewhere and try to rent a house/cottage of sorts. I already put in that you're going to Hilo. Housing in Hawaii in general is pretty expensive. On Oahu, where I live, for a 2-bedroom house rent per month is going to run an average of about $2,000, but can easily skyrocket for one closer to the beach, etc.

Be sure and plan things out accordingly!
