New years dieting

I can tell it's a new year by the looks of the gym lately. I, too, have been trying to drop the weight brought on by the holidays. I've been counting calories, reducing portion sizes and working out daily. What diets are working for you?

Healthy eating, lots of exercise, and lots of water. Stay away from alcohol and soda pop!

That's what I have heard, I've been trying to make that the focal point of my workouts(20-40 minutes worth). I don't see the point in fully focusing on weights.

We bit the bullet and went on Nutri-System. Forced adherance = lost 20 lbs.
