Maybe just cut a crescent moon and swear it's an outhouse?
You might just look into an actual enclosed trailer. Prices are comparable to large sheds.
We have some anal-retentive laws around here about putting business signs in the ground in front of a business. I've seen several small, flatbed trailers parked in front of businesses, sign mounted to the trailer. Some have landscaping blocks piled up around them, flower gardens planted in them, spot lighting installed, even permanently wired. But they are still technically trailers, and thus exempt from the asinine sign laws.
