I think that I found the one like mine : Ryobi Outdoor Products :: 18" Straight Shaft Trimmer
Mine is almost identicle, maybe an older model. Apparently it is only $125 at Home Depot. I thaught it was more when I purchased it.

Yeah I don't wanna kill the grass around my fence or my children. Sounds like a great idea though if the fence wasn't surrounding my house.

How much fence do you have? I'm going to have to weed eat a bit of brush.
My fence covers about an acre. It goes all the way around my property leaving the driveway open.

Doubt it. I would probably have to take some. I just put it all up last fall. I'll check my photobucket to see if I have any now. Hold please.

This is all I have at the moment. From this winter. MY property is skinny and long. It's a corner lot in the old part of town. Years and years ago it used to be two lots but somebody bought one of the adjoining lots and tore down the house that was on it and it all became one.

Also the reason I said that it covers about an acre is becasue the city wouldn't let me put it up to the street on two of my sides. I had to be like 16' from the road because they consider that a "boulevard" and it's technically owned by the city. I asked them if they would start maintaining it then... They didn't think it was funny. So you can see that my flag is on the outside of my fence which I hate but whatever...

I like the look. Did you build the fence yourself?

Thanks. It's only 3 1/2 feet high but it somehow keeps my great dane and kids in. And yes I installed it myself and it took FOREVER! I would never do it again.

I don't have a fence so I don't need a weed whacker.
