Man that sucks they shut down spring creek, I guess there's not much profit in letting people offroad on your land? Or was it an environmental thing?

I never really wheeled much, in high school I used to just off road in detention areas (dry bed drainage basin)

I think it was eminent domain thing. I heard something about a park going in there.

Yes the park was closed because of eminent domain. Its a state water way and now is controlled be the state.

Really no such thing as private land I guess. I'm sure the park will be nice but the original owners would have liked to make the call and not the state.

I didn't know Spring Creek shut down. I'll have to ask my co-worker about that. he used to go every weekend. That was really the only place I knew about in my area.

Scott, I live in Clear Lake and drive a wrangler. Where is this place and is it legal? Or is it a buddy of yours or something?
