I'm from New Orleans, but was living out west in Arizona for about 10 years before moving to Houston about 5 years ago.

All my family is here now. I like Texas, especially Houston. Very diverse, very conservative, very spread out, and still pretty cosmopolitan- all things I like.

If only I could crack into the grown-up single parent dating scene...

Texas is the only place to live. Friendliest people in the country, and we created more jobs than all the other states combined during the past couple of years. Does it get any better than that?

It's hard to describe Houston in one theme, I'd say Diverse, it's so different from the West side to the East side, from the SW side to the inner loop area, etc.
