I'll Be in Coeur d'Alene Sept 1 -15. I've never been. I'm sure I'll see lot of the town with the folks I'm working for, but any where in particular you locals hang out at/ enjoy that might be worth me investigating?

cda is one of the most beautiful places i've ever been to.

if your into the night seen, iron horse is one of the best bar/restaurants you can go to. live bands every weekend

I hear it's beautiful, the closest I've been is moscow, and I wasn't terribly impressed with that, however that may have had more to do with some of the people than the geographics.. :-)

Nothing like Moscow. Have you ever been to McCall? CDA reminds me of that except the city is larger I guess and the lake has tons of bays and stuff.
