What's your GeoCaching users name in Illinois

I GeoCache and my users name is IGotADisneyJeep

Here's what GeoCaching is: Click on the bottom link

I love taking advantage of using multi million dollar satellites to
find plastic containers just to sign a log book.

I also like to know what kind of GPS do you use.
I use a Garmin GPSmap 60CSx and a Geomate Jr.

Good Luck finding mine and I look forward in finding some of your caches.

Do you have the same problem I do with the 60csx like I do? Where you need to re-calibrate it all the time?

I can enter a cache, and head toward it, but then the unit always points me in the wrong direction unless I re-calibrate.

I've read a lot of posts on this - too many, and don't think I read a solution.

Embarassing when you have the coolest gear (with a bunch of cub scouts) and it doesnt work unless you spin in circles!

My handle is the same as my username as well. I have found 2 Green Jeeps travel bugs so far to match my 2007 Wrangler!

Been caching since 2005, Go by the name of Oldsarge. Used to be a Magellan user until about four months ago when I made the switch to a Garmin Colorado 300. Really happy with the Garmin. I still own my Magellan Explorist 500LE but don't use it as much. Prefer to stick with caching in the woods, not much on urban caching. I feel it leaves a poor image on the activity, too much lurking around busy places or near private property.

I heard about this and signed up with geocaching.com. I get the periodic e-mails, but I can't seem to find the time to actually get out and do it. Maybe this will be a good wintertime activity. Can you geocache in the winter?
