Do any of these drives have any good picnic spots along the way? I’m trying to plan some spring time day trips with the family and these all sound great!

Route 45 from Beanblossom to Bloomington, then back through Nashville on 46 is a nice ride. 46 can be a bit busy at times, but if you catch it right, it's a great drive.

If you do the 45 to 46 route through Bloomington and Nashville, you will pass a picnic spot when you go up 135 north of Nashville. There may also be places around Lake Lemon.

45 to 445 to 54 between Bloomington and Bloomfield is a great ride in something with the ability to take advantage of the twisties.
