Right because superfund runoff, combined sewers and a French consortium run treatment plant that occasionally pumps raw sewage right past the plant is soooooo much better than the vague possibility of a well pumping sand ten years from now, for which there will be no solution and everyone will be trapped and die.

By all means, wait out your whole life in Greenwood.
