Eastside Revival

I grew up on the eastside and it kills me to see what it has become. For years I have been trying to think of a way to reverse what has happened.
Does anyone have any ideas?

the Pensy trail (much like the Monon) just went in between German Church and Greenfield. The plans are behind but is expected to go all the way downtown. I think safety inside the loop may be an issue but that could help with the appeal of housing.

I think Irvington needs an overhaul on Washington to attract new business. It is the only hope for the inner loop.
