I lived just a few streets over going up. The houses are sooo beautiful. I love the old wood workings and the fountains use to look great too. I grew up at 10th and Rural. (actually on Oxford if you know the area)

Definately some nice old homes. Even more if people would take care of them. But, uh . . . no. I wouldn't live in that area.

Had some friends that used to live there. It seemed like hit or miss as far as nice houses go.
