Open Carry of Handguns in California
I wanted to take a moment and find out how many of you exercise your 2nd Amendment rights here in SoCal? If you know California law, you know then that carrying an exposed handgun, unloaded in California is legal, with certain restrictions placed therein.
I have just started to do this, and will be setting up a monthly or bi-weekly meeting place where we can exercise this right.
