Anyone been Surf Fishing in St. Augusting lately?
Weather has been good and want to get out fishing again. Just wondering if anyone has been Surf Fishing lately and how it went. If you were catching and what you were catching. Also what bait you were using.
I have a 12ft pole with an Okuma reel so I can cast pretty far. I know when I went Monday just to take my daughter and girlfriend to the beach the currents were real strong. I was seeing people getting hits, one guy had a nice fish on but he got the fish up within 5ft of him and pulled real hard and it broke off.
