+1 for Capital Grill Kona and Liberty's Texas Roadhouse. I've had great steaks at both places. For the money it's hard to beat the Roadhouse.

Capital Grill is good but Plaza-III is the best.. Last I checked they were the #2 ranked steakhouse in the country.

Gotta give this a bump. I love the noisy country music atmosphere and honestly the steaks for a chain resteraunt are extremely good.
