Have you ever talked to Jeff Gill at Tallgrass?? Jeff is an extremely nice guy and is willing to talk to anyone and everyone about brewing. At least that has been my experience.

thank you man, i didn't know hops existed in 50 lb bales. call me stupid, but i had no idea. what are your thoughts on their hops? all good?
