maybe it was twice you didn't get the point. it is the states job on these laws. any power not given to the federal government was left up to the states and the people. the governmnet is using the interstate commerce law as a crutch to do anything they want. when interstate commerce was written into the constitution it was ment to keep kentucky from taxing people from other states more when they purchased a product here or vise versa.
the supreme court was set up to make sure laws where constitutional not to give interpretations of what they believed the law ment. state looking up history and find out what president demanded the supreme court to give interpretations on the constitution and what it ment. then find out why he wanted it and what he threatened he supreme court with if they didn't do what he wanted.
that was the second step in the down fall of america. the federal reserve was the first step.
