Best Boudin in Lafayette area?

Well we all know about the legendary Kwik Stop. However I've heard rumor of others and we came across a Bourques Market the other day in Port Barre that has outstanding boudin. Anyone know others?

I lived in Lafayette in college and mingled a lot with the locals. Back then Best Stop in Scott had the best, but since then I've been told that their quality level has dropped.

Recently I've stopped in to Don's Specialty Meats right off the interstate in Scott, next to the Harley shop - great boudin and cracklins. I highly recommend.
Their info:
Don's Specialty Meat
730 I 10 S Frontage Rd
Scott, LA 70583

oh, and to add, if you are headed down 190 anyway, there's a place in Krotz Springs that has some good boudin balls.

Ditto on Don's in Scott, still loving Best Stop, and a big fan of Billeaud's and Chop's. Both in Broussard.

Best Stop is still the best. No. 2 is Billeauds in Broussard.

I went to the Boudin Cook-off In Lafayette, LA (my hometown) this weekend, and I got to sample a lot of boudin from around the area. Before then, I never really liked boudin, but after tasting a boudin from different places, I really started to like some of it! I videoed my experience there. Jump to :37 seconds in!

So what exactly is boudin?

Edit: Just Googled it and it turns out I have eaten certain types before. I like it a lot! Especially with mashed potatos and sauerkraut.
