Best Tex Mex in Los Angeles area?

I'm not talking Cal-Mex, but Tex-Mex.

I've found Marix in West Hollywood to be pretty good.

Chevy's isn't true Tex Mex, but anything involving their fajita meat is pretty good.

I'm looking for cheese enchiladas with a chili con carne, much like Pappasito's in Texas. Anyone found any good places?

Marix in Santa Monica is the the only real tex mex I have found. I have not been to the other locations (I think they have one in the valley).
