Crossfit- Building your own equipment
Anyone build a crossfit gym themselves? I have been doing it for a few months and love it. Finally a well rounded work out that actually gets you in shape. I am planning making a stand alone push up bar. any ideas? Anyone have weight equipment they are getting rid of?
