Tommy's trumps in and out. Born and rasied in L.A. now in Phoenix, we have many in and outs, but no Tommy's

There really isn't anything like an In-n-out burger. There are definitely better burger joints out there, but when you want In-n-out, nothing else can satisfy

Tommy's and In-n-out both have there place in my stomach. There is chili-cheese parking on one side and "grilled onions" on the other.

The problem with Tommy's is that you don't eat it, you rent it.

In and Out is probably the best 1/10th Lb patty burger out there, but I'd rather have a 1/3 or half pound patty burger...
If only In and Out would apply their style to a bigger patty.
I also don't like their fries all that much...maybe if they sifted out the small bits

And as some else pointed out, Tommies chili is, well, ...just plain bad... to put it nicely.
("You rent it"... funny!)

In N Out is great. I think there are two burger styles... one is the theirs and the other is the thick style as in burgers are thick. It's more midwest so probably a lot of people from out of state are expecting that.

I am from out of state and LOVE in and out... not much else compares

I love the burgers, HATE the shakes. Overall I guess Innout is pretty over-rated. There's something about it that is so loveable. It might be the outfits all the workers wear. I dig that ridiculously large safety pin holding their apron on.
