Tony's Dart's Away (Lots of IPAs and vegan food!)
Surly Goat (always great beers on tap)
Lady Face (Their Lady Face IPA is probably the best i have ever had)
Black Boar (Eagle Rock, just a fun atmosphere and i am in the neighborhood often)
Bier Academy (Santa Clarita. Not a lot of taps, but have some good Belgian beers on draft and better selection than rest of the area)
I like Father's Office for selection, but it's out of my everyday price range. Anyone have suggestions for good pubs relatively close to USC that aren't too expensive?
I go to Naja's regularly because I live in the South Bay. I eat the food all the time, I usually stick to the hummus plate but they also have tater tots. I mean come on, TATER TOTS.
I like Congregation Ale House but only been there a couple of times since it opened. I have some friends that live a block away from there though so it would be a good place for me to drink a lot and then crash.
Beachwood BBQ is one I haven't seen mentioned yet, but I really like that place. Great food and great beer selection. If it were closer to my house I'd be there all the time. Their fried pickles are ambrosia.
I'm partial to Laurel Tavern Home
LA Mag said the Laurel Burger comes in second only to Father's office.
Price is middle ground. Good selection of craft brews, wine, and sprits.

This place is tiny tiny. They have 5-6 microbeers on tap (not one is dedicated to bud or the likes). And their BBQ is great! I always ask what just came out of the pit and they always have something awesome. I've never been to texas and i've never been to kansas city but i know what i like. ....oh and a friend of mine who is texas through and through but lives here loves this place too. Don't know if that is a decent recommendation but their you go. Besides, after a hard day of brewing beer what could be better?
