My son is a chef in West Hollywood and loves the beer at the surly goat. Very hipster place (i think), he like to go in the off hours when it is not crouded. it all about the beer.

Auld Dubliner - Long Beach, traditional Irish Pub with more upscale food.

Beachwood BBQ - Seal Beach, good beer selection and food, new brew pub opening in the LBC in 2011.

The Abbey - Seal Beach, nice selection of beers.

I've been to WeHo once in all my time in LA, and the time I did, I finished the night at the Goat. Great place.

Pig n' Whistle in Hollywood. Good beer, good wings. Old school Hollywood. Gotta love it!

The Yardhouse is one of my favorites if you are looking for a wide variety of on-tap beers. Usually only stick to the pints though. Never done the yard!

Love Naja's, except on those days when the water is a bit...ripe ;-)
