The best is when you stay out all night, go by the Cafe to eat about 15 beignets, then go back to the hotel room to sleep for a good 12 hours.
Sounds wonderful to me. How late is Cafe Du Monde open, anyway?

I don't think they close, at least I've never seen them closed. And I've been there at 4 AM ending a night, and at 6 AM starting a day, so I would imagine they don't close between those times.

Dang. I knew I loved that place. I'll have to grab a late-night beignet next time I go!

New Orleans Locations | Cafe Beignet

Looks good enough from the website, I'm gonna have to try it out. I will feel like I'm cheating on Cafe Du Monde though.....
