Hey not to burst your bubble but i don't think UHaul will let you use their trailer to pull a car with a JK. It depends on how heavy the car is. It's not a matter of IF it can pull it (because it certainly can), it's a matter of controlling it while driving.

I know they would not rent me one to tow a car behind my XJ because it was too light in comparison to the car i was pulling

Ask around and see if anyone you know has a trailer or hitch you could use. That's the best way to go.

I know on diesel place guys are doing towing all over the place. There is another site for hauling things that you can get a trucker has a partial load they can post, not sure about vehicle haulers...

A JK is the new 2 or 4 door style Jeep on the market.


An XJ is the old style "Cherokee".
