foliage

So, Sunday I have nothing to do, I am willing to drive up to 8 hours round trip, so where should i go to see some nice foliage, keep in mind, I currently have a z4, so if there are some places with some twisty roads, I would love to go, but really, I would be happy with a nice peaceful drive to unwind from this past week and the start of the next week.

I like New Hampshire a bit better as well. MA isn't too bad but there are more rural roads with ample foliage in NH. That's my experience on my bike anyway. Motorcycle is by far the best way to enjoy the fall.

I have seen some nice foliage in Western mass, every year I go to the fall festival in Ashfield. The leaves usually look great around there this time of year.

Here's a pic I took while following my friend to the festival

I agree that NH foliage is the best, but that's a pretty nice pic WJ04

I like Colrain. You can hit VT too. Great drive any time of year.

My yard is beatiful during foliage season. Unfortunately the tradeoff is endless raking after.

I have a friend from the mid west who recently moved to Salem. He took a drive to see the leave. He was underwhelmed. Apparently they talk it up in his area as if it were a divine experience.
