This is pretty cool, a club that limits tire size. Now that keeps everyone involved instead of setting up a trail ride and then saying or recommending at least a certain tire size that some may not have. With this size set up it keeps things really close for all to attend. I like the idea. If I get back to MA, I will definitely look into joining this group.

nice snow trail. I just got a jeep 89yj. I put 31 on it. but mostly stock still. put a scrambler half hard top on it looks like alittle pickup. have to look you guys up. local bellingham had a jeep show going through the woods. can remember the club.

Well the snow is real deep now. Don't know the next time we will get back out there.

Good call. I understand some clubs' desire to keep the group all similar, but 33", especially on a JK, is kinda small.

Why only dana 44s for 35s? well The dana 30 has a small ring and pinion,
smaller axle shafts and a smaller axle tube. plus Jeeps made before 1995
had small U joints. The JK has changed our minds and made us update.
