Best BBQ - SE Michigan???

I love BBQ and am always looking for good places. My current addiction is Lazybones Smokehouse. I have heard Slows is good too, Ill make a stop down there one of these days just wondering if anyone else has any other non-chain style BBQ joints?

Hey, ChiliFrei64.
Wife and I went to Slow's after seeing it on Man Vs. Food. She had their triple decker bbq sandwich. It was huge and she loved the thing. I had their 3 meat combo with the brisket, chicken, and pulled pork.
We waited over 2 hrs for a table and it was well worth the wait.

Sounds good, I'll have to check lazybones out. I heard about Slows as well and I need to check that place out too.

If you like Ribs, the best I've had anywhere are from Marz Deli in Commerce Township on Haggerty Rd just north of Pontiac Trail. I have had ribs in 100's of places and these can't be beat.

not sure if saginaw is really considered south east or not but the rib shack is amazing. there is no where to sit inside and there is lots of bullet proof glass but they have great food.
