Chili cook-off - Michigan

All,

Just a final reminder that the annual KGB Chili Cook off is this Saturday at Kuhnhenns. Setup is at noon and the tasting will begin at 1:00pm and last until 5:00pm. Chili must be ready to go by 1. There is a $5 entry fee (includes tasting bowl) entrants may taste but cannot vote. For those not entering a Chili, $7 gets you unlimited tasting. Chili's must be made with at least 12oz of beer/wine/cider/mead/liquor. Please make enough to fill a good size crock pot.

I will be there with my chili.

I made this one I found on Homebrewtalk.com.

It was pretty involved, but turned out awesome.

Damn, That sounds like a blast, and who wouldn't want to be totally surrounded by great chili. Iv never been there before, is it something that goes on every year?

Yes, the chili cook-off is done every fall. In the spring there is a wing ding cook-off.
