Sports are rough. . .

Ugh, it has been rough being a football fan the last couple years. Im a die hard lions fan and il tell you what it is just painful. I swear they just build you up to take you down even harder. . . My advice to anybody looking into sports in this great state, become a hockey fan or it's going to be a rough season.

My opinion about sports in Michigan is to forget about the professional level and focus on the programs at MSU.
You would be hard pressed to find another college that has elite basketball, hockey and football programs.

Going to the Wings games are fun. I wish I would have had a chance to go to the old Olympia stadium before it closed (I was 6 at the time and not interested in hockey). I'm sure it was cramped, but there is something about going to the old stadiums. I did get to a Wings game at Maple Leaf Gardens the last year it was open, though.

I love to watch, in no particular order

Michigan football and hockey (Okay, so these are my favorites)
Pro football: Lions (everyone has their dreams), Pats, Broncos
NASCAR

The green bay packers proved this year why they are the best sporting team ever. Go pack go!
