I visited their Roseville location a few months ago and was not impressed with the beers brewed on premise. Good food though.

Haven't actually been there myself but everything I've heard about their beer is a bit underwhelming. Apparently they make the wort at a central facility in Sioux Falls and ship it to the stores for finishing, which it sounds like would just be fermentation. It seems like they should be set up with temp controlled fermentation so I can't see any reason that this process shouldn't result in decent beer, I've set wort aside for a day or two because I didn't have time and it turned out fine, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

X2, The Muddy Pig is a great place and they change the beers quite often.
The Groveland Tap is another great place in St. Paul
