Really? Seems to me their are more thing to complain about than snow days.

he must not have kids,if he does he drives them to school so they never know what it is to stand or walk in the cold , and he must have been one that never had to stand or walk in the cold .. mommy always drove him were he wanted to go and sat by the phone so she could run pick him up , so he wouldn't get cold in the winter or hot in the summer

Maybe he hasn't heard that you can buy winter coats, hats, gloves, scarves, and boots in Minnesota.

In Minnesota snow days are one of the few perks we actually have in the winter. There's nothing more exciting when you're a kid to have that test you didn't study for put off for another day so you can procrastinate a little longer. In snow days were eliminated I would be very disappointed.

Your schools didn't close as a result of the storms in December? There were a lot of school closings that month. It'd be nice if work closed though!
