Favorite Fishing Spots

When I lived up North we used to fish various lakes in Minnesota but I have long forgotten the names/locations.

Going to do a trip up there next Spring to visit family in the Farmington area and looking for some good lakes in the North region that are really desolate.

Lake Kabetogama, Voyageurs National Park is as good as it gets. Great fishing, lots of animals (deer, bear, otters, moose). Only national park in Minnesota. Check out the pictures here- Kabetogama

I like ice fishing. I get out quite a few times a year. I live in Eden Prairie. I have had some good luck with the lake in my back yard. Mitchell. It's pretty small but it makes a good pan fishing lake. I have even caught a couple Walleyes off the dock in the spring.
