I love Minnesota and don't want to leave. Fishing is the best reason for me. There are thousands of good lakes across the entire state. That is the best reason for me.

There is no one good reason.
Too many to list, I guess it depends on what you like doing.
I love the North Shore and the BWCA. The entire Arrowhead area of the state I think is the greatest part of Minnesota.
Canoe, camp, fish, ride 4-wheelers and snowmobiles, hunt grouse and deer, target shoot. Hike through the real woods. What could be better?

Its cold here from November through March and no one actually talks about it, which to me makes the experience all the more enjoyable.
