What is the name of the restaurant at the top of the Gateway Arch?

I thought all they had up there was a little observation room?

Unless I missed something the last time I was up there. But it's pretty small

No resturant at the top

No restaurant in the Arch, but there is a rotating rooftop restaurant on the top of the Mellennium Hotel in downtown St. Louis right next to the arch grounds.
Top of the Riverfront is the name I think...

No folks, contrary to popular belief, there is no restaurant at the top of the Arch. Some people were told it was called the Tiny Cafe, others thought it was called Little Tony's.

It is called, Whatever you have in your pockets.

I only give it a half a star, because the last time I was there I had lint and the menu changes to much.
