We've enjoyed this breweries offerings since it started in the owner's living room south of town under a different name. It has grown to it's current size simply because they make the best German style lagers I've ever had right in the heart of Missouri USA
Went to Hermann last October to check out the wineries. Also checked out Tin Mill. Shouldn't have got the big 32 oz or however big the mug was. I only tried the Maibock they had, but I have to say it was quite good.
Hermann is a fun town, but it closes down right after dark. The only Tin Mill I've had was their Heffeweisen, and I was not impressed. I'd like to try their other styles, though!
