I lived there in the late 70's. Was an old mining lodge originally, then converted to a "home"
Wood heat, and to take a bath the water had to run for at least two hours to fill the tub, ,unless you wanted to haul it from the creek, cold.
A neat place though and loved it. There were times where the snow on the roof met the snow on the ground

Man that is awesome. I've been heating with wood
for 5 years now. The city cut off the gas, and wanted
$300 to turn it back on. Instead, I went out and bought
a wood stove insert, installed it in the fireplace, and haven't
looked back.

Anyway, can't for more Montana pics!
