Skyryder, like XJ99, I would love to live there. Wood heat is grand and the slow running water would be just a small distraction to get used to. Living in a place like that would far outweigh the problems. How do you find something like that for sale or rent up there. Do the realtors list them?

Ya, they get listed from time to time. Might have to call around as most realitors advertise the fancy joints selling to out of state retirees.
ThanksSKYRYDER, I appreciate the information. Yes, I have had that problem with realtors before. They want to sell you the expensive stuff that they will make a big profit on. I'm just a poorboy, can't afford the fancy stuff. lol
wow montana is really beautiful...you here so much about other states like florida or california but places like colorado, washington and montana go unmentioned
Been many tears since I was there. Certainly a beautiful place. I have friends in Helena and also Somers. Buddy of mine owns Tiebuckers in Somers. Need to get up there and see him.
