Aw heck folks, just become a Truck Driver/Delivery Driver and you'll OVERCOME shyness.
One can still possess some form of shyness, which one will, yet in this business continuity of adamant shyness is tantamount to being unemployed considering all the PEOPLE one encounters daily.

One needs no book or list, just get out of your safe cave and get about, unless you're agoraphobic!!

Yup, shyness can be overcome with a little practice.

Just get out there and communicate in your own awkward and bizarre way, and you will soon realize there is no need to feel shy at all, because most people are a little insecure just like you.
