Most seem to be at least a little complimentary, except for Kentucky and Illinois. Does the map mean that people in Iowa take the least amount of sick days or the most?
What does South Dakota's "fewest mental health days" taken mean? Do people there get more paid vacation time and so don't need them? Or does everyone there love their jobs and doesn't want to miss a day? On the other hand, does it mean that South Dakota employers and/or co-workers don't approve of occasional days of rest?
