MTV started up in 1981, so I'm guessing mid 80's when this video was playing.

I can't upload one now but I like Ten-ten Japanese video.. It's ssooooooo funny. I look like a crazy lady when i watch it because i just laugh and laugh and laugh..

This video is drawing up a lot of noise, not claiming it to be the best, at all. MTV banned it is the last news I heard about it. Oh, the controversy Kanye always brings to the table.
