Grand Strand Off-roading Areas

I've lived in the area for 3 years now but have yet to discover any great trails to go ride without feeling like Im trespassing. I know there are ORV parks in the upstate but I was looking more locally because I have not found anything closer to home. Anyone know places to go?

I can't think of any either...a lot of golf courses...lol...wish we could ride on the actual beach like in Galvaston TX.
