K!!! I know it will be for 4x4 rigs. The plan was for a rock crawl area only at first. But with some talks and my business plan copy I sent them ,the ne out look is to use the whole 400 acres and make a trail system as well. I have plans to have a meeting with them as the weather breaks. The paper work is underway and with luck some looky lue runs by mid summer.
